# How to update your communication preferences on the Mobilityways app

## This help guide will walk you through the process of updating your marketing email and notification preferences on the Mobilityways app

 

 This includes:

- Marketing emails - Community updates and Surveys
- Add a journey reminders 

### How to update your communication preferences

From your app home screen:

1. Select More in the bottom right

2. Select Account Settings

3. Select Communication preferences:

4. From this page, you will see a list of our optional emails with a toggle to turn on and off email subscriptions.  
   Below this is also an explanation of which emails are required as part of the Liftshare member service.
