How to update your communication preferences on the Mobilityways app

This help guide will walk you through the process of updating your marketing email and notification preferences on the Mobilityways app

 

This includes:
  • Marketing emails - Community updates and Surveys
  • Add a journey reminders 

How to update your communication preferences


From your app home screen:
  1. Select More in the bottom right

  2. Select Account Settings

  3. Select Communication preferences:



  4. From this page, you will see a list of our optional emails with a toggle to turn on and off email subscriptions.
    Below this is also an explanation of which emails are required as part of the Liftshare member service.
