How to update my account details on the Mobilityways app

This guide will help you update account details on the Mobilityways app, if any of your details have changed.

The information that you can update on your Liftshare account, includes:

  1. Your profile picture
  2. Your Name
  3. Your profile bio
  4. Your mobile number
  5. Your primary and recovery email addresses
  6. Your account password
  7. Community questions including your car registration number
  8. Your notification preferences

How to update my account details


You can update your account details from the account settings page in the Mobilityways app. Getting to the account settings page is easy:


  1. From anywhere in your account, click on the More menu and select Account settings.

  1. From the Account settings page you can now quickly and easily update any of your account details.

To update any of your community details, including your vehicle registration plate, click on Community questions from within Account settings.
